About us

Quarry Park Apartments is a thoughtful, community-driven development at 1843–1845 W. 19th Street, in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant Pilsen neighborhood. Inspired by the area’s rich history—from its working-class quarries to its thriving cultural scene—Quarry Park blends modern design, affordability, and neighborhood character.

Just steps from the Damen and 18th Street Pink Line stations, Harrison Park, and the National Museum of Mexican Art, Quarry Park is a transit-oriented community shaped by the Connected Communities Ordinance. It offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, with family-sized and ADA-accessible units, ensuring a welcoming space for residents across generations and incomes.

The design, by Krueck Sexton Partners, honors Pilsen’s iconic architecture with front-and-rear multi-family layouts, open-air courtyards, and rooftop terraces that bring sunlight and shared green space into everyday life. With a commitment to affordability, accessibility, and cultural connection, Quarry Park continues Pilsen’s tradition of resilience, creativity, and community renewal.
